Don't worry: the IFFR guarantees that a number of tickets will be held back for sale at the box office. It's not possible that the festival would be sold out in advance because of online sales. Opening times: Tuesday 26th January and Wedneday 27th from 09:00 to 21:00, Thursday 28th January to Friday 5th February from 09:00 to 23:00 and Saturday 6th February from 09:00 to 18:00.

The normal ticket price is €9. Tiger Friends and Tiger Pass holders pay €6.50 per ticket. CJP members are also eligible for a discount: except for weekends, they pay €6.50 instead of €9 per ticket on all performances that begin before 17.00.

Tiger Pass costs €15 or €10 with discount (CJP, student public transport card, student uitpas, Rotterdampas, over 65's). For internet sales we charge a €0.70 handling fee per ticket and a maximum of €4.90 per transaction. For box office sales we charge a handling fee of €1 per transaction.

6. How can I get a Tiger Pass?

You can buy a Tiger Pass now at the webshop. If you buy the pass before 20th January then it will be sent to you at home before the festival starts, which will save you waiting time at the central box office. From Tuesday 26th January the Tiger Pass will be available from a special desk in the Doelen. The Tiger Pass is personal and must be shown both when tickets are purchased and when entering a venue.

7. What is Tiger Friends?

Tiger Friends is the IFFR's special friends club. By becoming a Tiger Friend you can have a lasting affiliation with the festival.
