Les Cailloux van Oui Oui
From now on we'll post and discuss one of his wonderful pieces on Facebook every week. This first time you can enjoy Oui Oui's Les Cailloux, one of the first video's Gondry ever made. Les Cailloux is the first single from the 1989 debutalbum "Chacun Tout Le Monde" by French pop group Oui Oui. Filmmaker Michel Gondry not only made the video, he was also the drummer of the band. The cover art of the album features marionette caricatures of the four band members and is the same visual style used in the music video. The marionettes and art were created by Frédérique Petit and Fabrice Moireau, and was photographed by Jean-Louise Leibovitch.
