Adolfo B. ALIX Jr. (1978, Philippines) is a prolific young director who makes several films per year. His first feature Donsol (2006) was honoured with special jury prizes at film festivals in Japan and the United States, and was the Philippines' official entry to the 2007 Academy Awards, Best Foreign Language Film category. He also works as a screenwriter for film and television.
