Mahamat-Saleh HAROUN (1960, Chad) studied film in Paris and journalism in Bordeaux. His feature debut Bye Bye Africa (1999) was the first full-length film ever made in Chad. It won several international awards, as did Haroun’s second feature Our Father (2002). Previously, Haroun has made several short films and documentaries. He lives and works in France.
