Short: As Long As It Takes & Starting from Scratch

 

IFFR’s short films section Short: As Long As It Takes takes place from January 24 - 28 in festival venue Lantaren/Venster. Here, a made-to-fit screening schedule facilitates introductions, presentations, debate and industry meetings.

The selection of around 450 films up to sixty minutes includes fiction, documentary, essayistic and experimental works. Twenty of these are chosen in the Tiger Awards Competition for Short Films. 

And in special section Starting from Scratch there is a starring rol for super8 and 16mm films.

A big selection of shorts can also be seen in the Short Film Marathon, which takes place saturday the 2nd of Februari.
