KHAVN (artiestennaam van Khavn De La Cruz, 1973, Manila) is een zeer uitgesproken experimentele filmmaker met een ongeremde lust om grenzen te verkennen en te overschrijden. Hij is de meest productieve filmmaker uit de Filippijnen en waarschijnlijk ver daarbuiten. Zijn nobudgetfilms worden geproduceerd door zijn eigen productiebedrijf Filmless Films. Sinds 2002 is hij directeur van het .MOV Digital Film Festival. Behalve filmmaker is Khavn ook componist, liedjesschrijver, pianist en zanger van de band The Brockas. Hij heeft verschillende albums met rockopera's en soundtracks voor films gemaakt.
