Mark Lewis (1958, Canada) is audiovisueel kunstenaar. Zijn jarenlange fascinatie voor achtergrondprojectie gebruikt hij om opzienbarende en ongewone effecten in zijn werk te sorteren. Backstory (2009) werd in 2009 vertoond op de filmfestivals van Toronto en Vancouver. Lewis is tevens werkzaam als professor aan de University of the Arts in Londen.
