HBF at IFFR 2012

Harvest 2012
The HBF is proud to present its 2012 HBF Harvest at the IFFR of 17 supported films from 11 different countries. These films are programmed throughout the festival, including 5 films nominated for the Hivos Tiger Awards. An overview of the screenings of these films at the festival – including the Press & Industry screenings – can be found in HBF Publications (yellow box).

HBF leader 2012: Copia Imperfecta
Each year, the HBF approaches one of the filmmakers that the fund has supported throughout his career to make a leader for the HBF, which will be screened prior to all HBF-supported films at the IFFR. This year, the Chilean filmmaker José Luis Torres Leiva realized the HBF-leader Copia Imperfecta (Para Raúl Ruiz).

Boost! at CineMart
As of 2011, the HBF has joined forces with IFFR’s CineMart and Binger Filmlab in organising a special coaching trajectory for HBF supported projects. The first selection of Boost! projects will be presented at the 29th edition of the CineMart. An overview of these projects can be found here.

All activities of the HBF during the 41st IFFR put together in 1 leaflet: download the HBF Industry Flyer!
