With an Industry, Press or CineMart badge, you have access to all Press and Industry screenings (for guests with a Guest Badge, access depends on availability of seats). As Public screenings tend to be very busy and are often fully booked, we strongly advise you to schedule your personal programme around the Press and industry Screenings. You do not need a ticket to attend Press and industry screenings, just your badge, which will be scanned at the entrance.
Schedule
The Press and Industry screenings schedule can be found
online and in the Catalogue, together with the Public Screenings. Schedule changes are published in the Daily Tiger and on the festival website. The latest print versions are also available at the Guest Box Offices and at the Press and Guest desk.
Locations
The Press and industry screenings take place Thu 24 – Thu 31 January in 'de Doelen', Cinerama, Pathé and LantarenVenster. As LantarenVenster is not too close to festival centre de Doelen, a shuttle service has been set up. This service runs frequently between 09:00 hrs till 15 minutes after the last screening from Thu 24 Jan – Sat 2 Feb. The bus will be waiting at the bus stop in front of the main entrance of 'de Doelen' (Schouwburgplein) and on the sidewalk in front of LantarenVenster.
Public screenings
If you would like to attend Public Screenings, there are two ways to obtain tickets:
online or through the Guest Box Office in de Doelen and LantarenVenster. Please note that you cannot get into a Public Screening without a ticket (uploaded on your badge). Per badge you can book one ticket per screening and it is not possible to book tickets for screenings that overlap.
Public screenings: how to get tickets online
From Monday 21 January 12:00 onwards, you can order film tickets online for the whole festival period. If there are no longer tickets available for a film, it might be possible that at 20:00 on the day before of the screening, freed-up tickets are released. These tickets are from that moment on available online and at the Festival Box Office.
To book your tickets: 1. Go to: www.filmfestivalrotterdam.com/professionals; 2. Log in with your
MyIFFR account; 3. Select the film and date of your choice.
Your tickets will be uploaded on your badge and you may proceed directly to the screening venue, where your badge will be scanned. You do not need to pick up your booked tickets at the Box Office.
How to get tickets through the Guest Box Office 'de Doelen' / LantarenVenster
The Guest Box Offices are located next to the normal box offices. Tickets which you order at the Guest Box Office will be uploaded on your badge as well.
