With an IFFR Industry, Press or CineMart badge you have access to all Press & Industry screenings (guests with a Guest badge upon availability of seats). To attend these screenings you do not need a ticket, just your badge. The schedule for the Press & Industry screenings will be announced in the course of January 2012.
In case you would like to attend public screenings there are 2 ways to obtain tickets: online and/or through the Guest Box Office in De Doelen.
It is possible for accredited guests to book tickets for public screenings online as of Tuesday 24 January 2012. In order to use this service, you have to create a MyIFFR account accessible on this website. On the right top end of the page you can register. You need to login with the email address on which you received this email. This way, the system will recognize you as a guest and will allow you to book tickets for free. If you use another e-mail address it wil not be possible to book free tickets.
The following regulations concerning tickets apply:
Screenings after 13:00: You can book a ticket online from a day in advance (from 09:00) until 13:00 on the day of the screening.
Screenings before 13:00: You can book a ticket online from a day in advance (from 09:00) until 08:00 on the day of the screening.
You can book tickets for the day itself and for the consecutive day, starting on Tuesday 24 January 2012. Per badge you can book 1 ticket per screening and screenings shouldn’t overlap. Booked tickets can be picked up at the Guest Box-Office or at the location of the screening from a day in advance up until 1 hour before the screening.
Changes cannot be made online.
In case that you are unable to attend screenings, we greatly appreciate you returning tickets or informing the Guest Box Office in advance.
